Political Reporter Deji Bademosi Quits After Clash With Owner John Momoh

Multiple award winning TV journalist, and one of the nation’s most talented broadcast journalists, Deji Bademosi, has resigned his appointment with Channels Television over what sources described as “irreconcilable differences” with the Chairman of the station, John Momoh.

Mr. Bademosi, who
was Head of the television’s Political Desk, tweeted on Friday that he had quit his position at the station.

Deji Bademosi is a multiple award-winning Broadcast Journalist based in Lagos. Before his resignation, he worked for Channels Television as Head of the Political Desk and Reportorial.
Deji studied Mass Communication at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, and attended the University of Lagos for his Masters degree.
He is a Chevenning Fellow and holds a postgraduate certificate from the Centre For Studies in Security and Diplomacy, International Development Department, University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Also known for his “Politics Today” show on Channels Television.
